Where do you deliver?A: We deliver locally, to the greater Austin, TX area. Input your address on the order page to see if your home is within delivery range.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?We deliver the next business day for all orders received by 4PM CST. Our deliveries run 8AM-5PM, Monday – Saturday.

Do I need to be home to accept the delivery?No. If you cannot be home to accept delivery, we will leave items where you specify within the order form. We ensure delivery with photos.

Is there a minimum order for delivery?Our minimum order amount for FREE delivery is $225. If the order amount is below $225, we will still deliver, although a fee will be added.

I didn’t receive my order, or my order is incomplete. How can I find out where it is?Contact us via email at orders@fnpoolsupplies.com. Include your name and order #. We will follow up ASAP.

What if I need a pool product that is not listed on your website?Write to us @ orders@fnpoolsupplies.com and let us know what you are looking for. We may be able to help. We can find many items for you, including pool equipment!

Where can I find MSDS info for my chemicals?Download any Material Safety Data Sheets from the product page. We recommend you read through each document to learn about storage, disposal, and first aid procedures. Print these out and keep them handy for the future!
